The objective of this study has been to assess the effectiveness of the physiotherapy in patients with the coxarthrosis, treated in Spa facilities.

In the work there have been presented the assessment of 7 Vojta’s child’s spontaneous motor activity that was made according to Munich Functional Developmental Diagnostics and infant treatment with the stated central coordination disorders by Vojta’s method.

We diagnose them by specific clinical tests – Lachman test, anterior drawer test, pivot-shift test and additional imaging studies. Form of the treatment is to reconstruct the ligament with a graft taken muscle.

The aim of this study was to assess the physical fitness using Fullerton test in COPD patients over 60 years old. Study group consisted of 53 patients with COPD. Control group consisted of 34 healthy individuals students of the University of the Third Age in Głochołazy.
In the process of aging there comes to deterioration in mobility which is related to, among others, age-related diseases. The pathophysiological changes, the applied treatment may adversely affect mobility leading to the disorders of postural stability and gait control.

The paper presents a case of treatment of the de Quervain syndrome with low frequency electromagnetic field (PEMF), following a procedure different from those applied to date. A patient with de Quervain syndrome diagnosed in her left hand, had been treated in the typical fashion for several months (immobilisation, pharmacotherapy, physiotherapy, kinesitherapy) without any significant improvement.
