Abstract
This paper presents the most common clinical cases based on postural and functional syndromes. An attempt was made to contrast them with anomalies that occur less frequently in the clinical presentation; on this basis, the importance of symptoms originating from angiopathies was described. These cases were related to the aspect of safety in therapeutic management, and the framework for therapists working according to IFOMPT standards was presented. The history of the federation was traced and its work was evaluated. The paper considered the quality of diagnostic and therapeutic standards and their significance in reducing risk during the treatment process. Similarly, reference was made to clinical cases involving the cervical spine. There is substantial scientific evidence concerning dysfunctions in this region, and they have been extensively described; however, a systematic approach to assessment is still lacking.
