Purpose. this study was to test the product effectiveness of the developed basic technique training model for playing soccer based on stages according to the 9–10 year old group. Methods. The research design used was a research on the development of a basic technical training model for playing football using a research and development model (Research and Development) from Borg and Gall. The basic techniques used are juggling, passing, dribbling, shooting, heading and throw-in. The research sample was PSB Bonansa UNS Solo students totaling 8 students on a small scale and on a large scale totaling 30 students. Then tested the validity, reliability and comparison test (effectiveness test). Results. The results showed that the value of Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05 which means there is a significant difference between before and after treatment in the 9–10 year age group. And it can be stated that there is an increase in skills in playing football in the age group of 9–10 years after being given training in the basic techniques of playing football based on stages. Conclusion. The basic technique of playing soccer based on stages is effective for use in improving soccer playing skills according to the characteristics of children aged 9–10 years.

Abstract
Aim. (1) This study aims to test the production of a physical education learning model based on cooperative learning, designed to increase motivation and cooperation among high school students (2) Producing the feasibility of implementing a cooperative learning-based physical education learning model to increase motivation and cooperation for high school students (3) Produce practical implementation of a practical physical education learning model based on cooperative learning to increase motivation and cooperation for high school students.
Material dan methods. This research employs a Research and Development (R&D) model. This research procedure uses the ADDIE development model. The population in the study was class X SMA N 1 Seyegan with a sample size of 16 students.
Results. (1) Based on research, the average learning outcome for the development of the first meeting was 44,125 and at the second meeting was 64,875. Sig value (2-tailed) is.000. Due to the sig value..000 < 0.05 then H0 is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that there was a significant improvement between the first and second meetings. (2) Based on research, it shows that the average learning outcome at the second meeting was 64.870 and at the third meeting was 81.125, Sig. (2-tailed) of.001. Due to the significance value 0.001 < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha cannot be rejected. So it can be concluded that at the second and third meetings there was a significant improvement (3) Based on research, it shows that the average learning outcome for the development of the first meeting was 44.125 and the third meeting was 81.125, the value of significance (2-tailed) of 0.000. Due to the significance value. 000 < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha cannot be rejected. So it can be concluded that from the first meeting to the third meeting there was a significant improvement.
Conclusions. DOI: https://doi.org/10.56984/8ZG20Bz2j

Abstract
Introduction. Adolescence is a pivotal time in a person’s life, and for many juveniles, it’s marked by delinquency. However, this behavior shouldn’t be seen as a negative thing, but rather as a natural part of their transition from childhood to adulthood. It’s important that we guide and support these young people through this crucial time, so they can navigate the challenges of growing up and become responsible, productive members of society.
Aim. To gain a deeper understanding of how football can positively influence adolescent behavior and deter juvenile delinquency.
Material and method. This study employs qualitative methods with a grounded theory approach, ensuring a thorough and rigorous analysis. A study was conducted on twenty five youth coaches in Indonesia and Malaysia and four parents, all of whom had a football coaching license and a minimum of 5 years experience in coaching. This study implements data triangulation, utilizing open-ended semi-structured interviews, observation, and document analysis to gather research data.
Results. According to the study, football can be utilized as a tool to shape the character of adolescents. It can help them develop independence, responsibility, emotional management skills, positive attitude, respect for others, courage, alertness, decision-making abilities, and social skills. Furthermore, it can prevent juvenile delinquency by providing opportunities for positive interactions with others.
Conclusions. Researchers recommend that children engage in physical activities, particularly football, from a young age. This can significantly shape their character and reduce the likelihood of future delinquent behavior.

DOI: https://doi.org/10.56984/8ZG1437jJ

Abstract
Introduction. Injuries in soccer players frequently range from minor ones like abrasions, hematomas, grade one strains and sprains, and muscle cramps, where players can continue to play, to severe injuries such as torn ligaments, dislocations, and fractures that prevent players from continuing the game. Based on field observations, some trainers apply ice massage treatments to injured athletes.
Aim. This study aimed to determine the effect of ice massage on accelerating muscle fatigue recovery in soccer athletes, specifically in relation to blood lactate levels.
Method. The research methodology employed in this study is a True Experiment.
Result. Findings indicate that ice massage therapy provided to injured soccer athletes can expedite the healing process and alleviate pain.
Conclusion. Based on data processing and analysis, it’s concluded that ice massage significantly accelerates recovery from muscle fatigue in soccer athletes when considering lactate levels and the results from the Visual Analog Scale (VAS) test.
