Abstract

Proper food is the element of a complex process of curing and rehabilitation and is still underestimated both by patients and therapists. The additional supplementation by suitable nutritious products may influence- to some extenton the length of the illness and the final result of the treatment. Year by year the specialized knowledge about the meaning and influence of dieted treatment increases. In search of finding appropriate food products we come back to using the natural sources and methods properly balanced by their quality and content. It is worth noticing that pre-sprouted barley, which has been grown for ages, has a lot of nutritious values. Medical and scientific survey upon activated barley proved such as benefits like: better metabolism, more energy and endurance, quicker burning of fat, improving the immune system, healthier blood cells and organs, better blood circulation, better healing and removing the toxins. Barley is the reach source of food necessary to growth, healing and good self-being.
