Abstract
This study aims to (1) design and develop an application for the HSC FIK UNY health service management information system that is used to address the limited health services that are done manually to become Android-based health services, (2) determine the feasibility of the Android-based HSC FIK UNY health service application, and (3) determine the effectiveness of Android-based health service applications on service quality at HSC FIK UNY.
This research is developmental research employing the ADDIE approach model, which includes the stages of analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating. Patients, members, and visitors to HSC UNY are the subjects of this study. The trials were divided into two stages: a small-scale trial with 20 participants and a large-scale trial with 50 participants.
The results of this study are (1) an Android-based HSC UNY application product, (2) The material validation assessment defines the feasibility level of this product by obtaining the average results of the material aspect assessment from two experts in the Very Suitable/Very Feasible category, as well as the results from media experts in the Very Suitable/Very Feasible category. This product also passed the small-scale and large-scale trial stages, with both receiving results in the very feasible category. As a result, it is possible to conclude that the product in this developmental research is suitable/feasible for usage, and (3) based on the effectiveness test, it is effective in improving services at HSC UNY.

DOI: https://doi.org/10.56984/8ZG20BE30

Abstract
The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Deep Tissue Massage combined with stretching (DTMS) on Range of Motion (ROM), and waist function in non-specific cases of Low Back Pain. This research was a pre-experimental study using a pretest and posttest design. The research sample consisted of 21 people with non-specific Low Back Pain injuries taken by purposive sampling technique. The treatment used combined Deep Tissue Massage and stretching exercises. The treatment was carried out once with a duration of 30 minutes. Pain scale measurement used the VAS (Visual Analogue Scale) instrument. ROM used the modified Schober Test and Fingertip to Floor instruments. Measurement of waist function used the ODI (Oswestry Disability Index) instrument. The data analysis technique used was the Paired t-test. The results showed that Deep Tissue Massage combined with stretching reduced pain, significantly increased ROM and waist function (p<0.05). The conclusion of this study was that Deep Tissue Massage and stretching can reduce pain, increase ROM, and improve waist function so that it can be applied to patients with non-specific low back pain.

DOI: https://doi.org/10.56984/8ZG20A591

Abstract
Power and agility are important attributes for playing basketball. This study aims to determine the effect of a circuit training program on improving agility and limb muscle power in basketball athletes. An experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design was used. Purposive sampling with specific criteria was utilized: active basketball athletes aged 15-18 years, male, and willing to participate in the study. The sample consisted of 12 athletes who underwent a treatment consisting of 8 sessions over 24 meetings. The instrument for measuring limb muscle power was a vertical jump test, while the T-Test was used to measure agility. Data analysis involved normality and homogeneity tests, followed by t-tests using SPSS. The results showed that the average pre-test limb muscle power was 49.33 cm, which increased to 54.17 cm in the post-test (an increase of 4.84 cm). The average pre-test agility was 11.30 seconds, and it decreased to 10.33 seconds in the post-test (a reduction of 0.97 seconds). It can be concluded that the circuit training program can enhance the agility and limb muscle power of basketball athletes.

DOI: https://doi.org/10.56984/8ZG143A4A

Abstract
This study aimed to determine: (1) The effectiveness of Tepurak therapy (press, hit, motion) in treating non-specific Low Back Pain (LBP) injuries. (2) The effectiveness of a combined Deep Tissue Massage with stretching (DTMS) in treating non-specific LBP injuries. (3) A comparison of the effectiveness between Tepurak therapy and the combination of Deep Tissue Massage with stretching in treating non-specific LBP injuries.
Recovery indicators included pain level and range of motion (ROM). This pre-experimental research used two distinct sample groups with different treatments. The sample comprised 42 individuals with non-specific LBP injuries, who were randomly divided into two groups of 21. Group A underwent Tepurak therapy (press, hit, motion), while Group B received combined Deep Tissue Massage and stretching (DTMS). Each treatment session lasted 30 minutes.
Pain levels were measured using the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), while ROM was assessed with the modified Schober Test and the Fingertip-to-Floor instruments. The data analysis employed various tests, including the Paired t-test, Wilcoxon, independent t-test, and Mann-Whitney.
The findings revealed that Tepurak therapy reduced pain and significantly enhanced ROM (p < 0.05). Similarly, the Deep Tissue Massage combined with stretching notably diminished pain and improved ROM (p < 0.05). Comparing the pretest and posttest data between Tepurak therapy and the Deep Tissue Massage with stretching on pain and ROM indicators yielded a p-value > 0.05. This suggests that there was no significant difference in the effectiveness of the two therapy types.
Based on this study, it’s recommended that either Tepurak therapy or the combination of Deep Tissue Massage with stretching can be employed to treat individuals with non-specific LBP. The choice should depend on the specific situation and conditions, taking into account the pros and cons of each therapy type.
