(1) This study aims to test the production of a physical education learning model based on cooperative learning, designed to increase motivation and cooperation among high school students (2) Producing the feasibility of implementing a cooperative learning-based physical education learning model to increase motivation and cooperation for high school students (3) Produce practical implementation of a practical physical education learning model based on cooperative learning to increase motivation and cooperation for high school students.
Material dan methods. This research employs a Research and Development (R&D) model. This research procedure uses the ADDIE development model. The population in the study was class X SMA N 1 Seyegan with a sample size of 16 students.
Results. (1) Based on research, the average learning outcome for the development of the first meeting was 44,125 and at the second meeting was 64,875. Sig value (2-tailed) is.000. Due to the sig value..000 < 0.05 then H0 is rejected. Therefore, it can be concluded that there was a significant improvement between the first and second meetings. (2) Based on research, it shows that the average learning outcome at the second meeting was 64.870 and at the third meeting was 81.125, Sig. (2-tailed) of.001. Due to the significance value 0.001 < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha cannot be rejected. So it can be concluded that at the second and third meetings there was a significant improvement (3) Based on research, it shows that the average learning outcome for the development of the first meeting was 44.125 and the third meeting was 81.125, the value of significance (2-tailed) of 0.000. Due to the significance value. 000 < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha cannot be rejected. So it can be concluded that from the first meeting to the third meeting there was a significant improvement.
Conclusions. Research on the development of a model for the development of a physical education learning model with cooperative learning-based football game material to increase high school students’ motivation and cooperation which has been prepared and is suitable for use. The development of a physical education learning model with cooperative learning-based soccer game material to increase high school students’ motivation and cooperation has proven effective.

Abstract
This research will first produce a product in the form of a learning module based on blended learning and its benefits to Physical Education (PE) learning outcomes. This research is a research and development model used is ADDIE. Subjects of expert validation using expert lecturers of PE learning with minimum qualifications of Doctoral degrees totaling 7 people. Subjects to determine the effectiveness of the product are 6 elementary schools that are determined by random sampling. Subjects totaled 79 students, of which 41 experimental class students and 38 control class students. The feasibility level of the PE learning module based on blended learning from the evaluation data of experts. Effectiveness testing using t test independent samples test. The results showed that the blended learning-based learning module developed was feasible and effective in improving PE learning outcomes. The module is web-based, utilizes text, audio, video, and multimedia and can be done during self-study. The development of blended learning-based learning modules is a means and motivation for learning in facilitating the learning process in improving student learning outcomes. Other researchers can conduct further research using blended learning-based learning modules covering more aspects and applying them to different learning materials.

Abstract
Examining the impacts of blended and online learning settings on children’s fitness and body mass index in a sample of public elementary school pupils in the Philippines is the main objective of this study. A 16-week pre-test and post-test control group in a quasi-experimental approach. The experimental group received blended education, whereas the control group exclusively took classes online. The experimental and control groups consisted of 2 classes from an elementary school in Angeles and Mabalacat City. Anthropometrical characteristics were compared between groups using ANOVA. Pre-test and post-treatment body mass index percentiles and PA levels were compared using a paired t-test. First, there were no significant variance in the individuals’ anthropometrical characteristics between the two groups before intervention. Additionally, the blended learning group outperformed the online learning group on the post-test in terms of physical activity. After intervention, the mean BMI of the blended learning group decreased, but online students showed no improvement. Last but not least, when compared to the online learning group, the BMI percentile of the students in the blended learning group is within the usual range. The benefit of blended learning on the pupils’ physical composition was highlighted. Pupils’ levels of physical activity and body composition have improved as an outcome of the adjustment from traditional to online and blended learning settings. For the benefit of the students, it is advisable to make the most of a blended learning strategy and, if at all possible, return to the full face-to-face method.

DOI: https://doi.org/10.56984/8ZG20AA3B

Abstract
There have been a number of studies conducted on the benefits of aerobic and mobility training for enhancing BMI. However, its usefulness in a virtual classroom setting has not been tested in any academic studies. The purpose of this controlled experiment is to determine whether or not different types of aerobic and mobility training lead to significant improvement in body mass index among study participants. This study has employed an experimental research design in which the students will undergo a series of aerobic and mobility training exercises for four consecutive weeks while accounting for participants’ gender and BMI. The participants for the study are one section of undergraduate students from a college in the Philippines. A survey questionnaire with two parts was utilized. For the first part, personal profiles such as gender and pre-test Body Mass Index are all included. The second part requested the participants to answer the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q). After performing the series of exercises, it was found that a significant difference was observed between male and female students concerning their performance, in which male students performed better compared to their counterparts. Most importantly, a significant difference was observed between the pre-test and post-test scores of the students. It can be concluded that the various aerobic and mobility training exercises are efficient for students in improving their BMI, even in an online learning environment. The continuous use of the following exercises is highly recommended. Finally, practical implications, limitations, and future research directions are also presented.
