Abstract
Flat foot is a condition in which the foot has no or less arch in the arches longitudinal medial that cause the footprints become flatter than usual or seem to appears have no arch. Arches longitudinal medial is one of the pedis arches which plays an important role in the support and balance of the foot when walking. If this part becomes flat and being ignored, it will cause the limitation of walking activities, muscle imbalance, the changes of body alignment, and it can cause a risk of injury to someone as well. The aim of this paper is to identify whether the series of exercise therapy in order to make the Medial Longitudinal Arch in changing Flat Foot Conditions is an appropriate exercise method that can be carried out. This research is using the systematic literature review method with preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analytic. The data that is used in the article’s findings in Sinta accredited journals is Google Scholar & Pubmed. The articles searched were based on the keywords, in which flat foot exercise therapy and changes in arches longitudinal medial, then being filtered based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria. It was 6 out of 20 articles were used as the main source in this study. The first finding of this research shows that a series of strengthening exercises such as tower curl exercise, heel raises exercise, short foot exercise, strengthening Ball Roll Exercise, calf stretch, and towel stretch can provide a curving effect or additional of the arches longitudinal medial on the flat foot. The second finding of this research is that providing training with the addition of kinesio tapping can improve postural control, increase proprioception, and increase static stability in the intrinsic muscles of the foot.

DOI: https://doi.org/10.56984/8ZG20A9F1

Abstract
The key foundation for a child’s overall development is their early years. As children learn new things and acquire new types of movement, they require continuous and appropriate support for their cognitive development and movement abilities at this stage. Children’s lives revolve around play because it gives them the opportunity to engage with others, explore their surroundings, and acquire new skills. Stability of posture, or postural balance, is important for young children’s development. A child’s general health can suffer as a result of decreased muscle strength, coordination, and cognitive function brought about by accidents, sports injuries, or aging. This increases the risk of a child falling. Children have the opportunity to exercise and enhance their balance while walking on a balance beam, which is a stable board with supports underneath. Open-ended play, such as that involving a balance beam, can foster children’s imagination and creativity. Data for this study were collected through an online survey method. The entire existing population was used as the sample in a targeted sampling strategy. The online survey was given to 11 participants, and the results showed that 84.3% observed an improvement in balance in young children, 66.9% understood the advantages and risks of using a balance beam, and 87.2% of coaches had used a balance beam when they were younger. One of the training methods to enhance balance skills in young children is the balance beam.

DOI: https://doi.org/10.56984/8ZG143IT9

Abstract
The aim of the study is to determine how circuit training affects the fitness of volleyball players. This research employs an experimental approach using a “one-group pretest-posttest design”. The research instrument is the TKJI (Indonesian Physical Freshness Test) tailored for the age group of 16-19 years. The study population comprises volleyball players from the IPK Kuamang club, with a total of 20 individuals. Sampling was conducted using a targeted sampling technique, and the sample consisted of 10 individuals. Data analysis was carried out using the Liliefors normality test and t-test with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results indicated a significant effect of circuit training on physical fitness, as evidenced by an average pre-test score of 12.3 and an average post-test score of 15.2. This conclusion is supported by the finding that t_count = 13.1 > t_table = 1.833 after completing the t-test. Therefore, H₀ is rejected, and H₁ is accepted. Hence, circuit training significantly impacts physical fitness.
