Abstract
This research will first produce a product in the form of a learning module based on blended learning and its benefits to Physical Education (PE) learning outcomes. This research is a research and development model used is ADDIE. Subjects of expert validation using expert lecturers of PE learning with minimum qualifications of Doctoral degrees totaling 7 people. Subjects to determine the effectiveness of the product are 6 elementary schools that are determined by random sampling. Subjects totaled 79 students, of which 41 experimental class students and 38 control class students. The feasibility level of the PE learning module based on blended learning from the evaluation data of experts. Effectiveness testing using t test independent samples test. The results showed that the blended learning-based learning module developed was feasible and effective in improving PE learning outcomes. The module is web-based, utilizes text, audio, video, and multimedia and can be done during self-study. The development of blended learning-based learning modules is a means and motivation for learning in facilitating the learning process in improving student learning outcomes. Other researchers can conduct further research using blended learning-based learning modules covering more aspects and applying them to different learning materials.

Abstract
Problems and Purpose. The global prevalence of diabetes is on the rise, alongside other diseases related to obesity, including hypertension, heart disease and dyslipidemia. Exercise is recognized as a method to control blood sugar levels. This study aimed to investigate the impact of low and moderate-intensity sports exercises on blood sugar levels in patients.
Materials and Methods. This research was a laboratory experiment following a completely randomized design. Twenty participants were enlisted for the study and divided into two groups: a control group and a moderate-intensity exercise group. The study spanned two months.
Results. The results revealed a significant change in the blood sugar levels of patients who underwent low and moderate-intensity aerobic exercise with a p-value of 0.001.
Conclusion. This research concludes that there are notable differences in the impact of low and moderate-intensity aerobic exercises on body mass index and blood sugar levels in diabetes patients.

Abstract

Psychosocial stressors consist of work environment, family environment, and community environment. Kindergarten teachers as teachers or early educators, must be able to provide basic knowledge, find good and tough personalities in their students. This is one of the factors that cause the body to experience a decrease in fatigue at work. Study purpose. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of circulo massage on reducing work fatigue of female kindergarten teachers. Materials and methods. This research is a pre-experimental research with a one-group pretest-posttest design using a circulo on the sample, while the data collection technique uses a questionnaire and the population is female kindergarten teachers. The number of samples in this study were 12 people. The data analysis technique used a t-test with a tool in the form of the SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) program. Results. The results show the average work fatigue score obtained before = 38.67 and after = 24.42 difference = 14.25 with t count = 6.362 in degrees of freedom (DF) = 11 and obtained t table of 2.201. The results of the data above show that the value of t count is greater than t table, meaning that there is a significant decrease from the comparison of t count with t table. Conclusions, therefore this result can be concluded that circulo massage is proven to have a significant effect on reducing work fatigue of state kindergarten teachers.

Abstract
Lack of self-control in using smartphones can lead to nomophobia. This study aimed to determine the effect of nomophobia on the accuracy of archery athletes in the Banyumas Regency. This study is comparative descriptive research with 30 Banyumas archery athletes as the population selected using the total sampling technique. Furthermore, the 30 archery athletes were categorized as having high and low nomophobia. The instrument used to measure the level of nomophobia was a questionnaire. In contrast, the archery accuracy used a 40-meter-archery test for one series, six ends, and 36 arrows. The collected data were tested for normality using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov technique and the homogeneity test using the Levene statistical technique at a significant level of 5% (p > 0.05). Meanwhile, the hypothesis analysis applied a 5% significance t-test. The results showed that there was a significant influence of nomophobia on the accuracy of archery athletes in the Banyumas Regency, where the archery ability of low nomophobia archery athletes was better than high nomophobia athletes with a difference of 20.33.
