Abstract
This study aims to develop a valid and reliable guidebook for identifying judo talent, which can be used to assess the potential of young judo athletes. The research employs a research and development methodology. On a small scale, the study involved participants from the Wira Mataram Judo Club, while large-scale testing was conducted with Talented Athletes Development (PAB) BPO DIY and PJSI Bantul Regency. All participants in the product trials were judo athletes aged 10–13 years. The data analysis technique used a giftedness formula by calculating the mean (M) and standard deviation (SD) of test results, which were then classified into five categories based on a normal distribution: very talented, talented, moderately talented, less talented, and not talented. The data from each test type were processed and converted into a giftedness formula. The study identified 17 judo talent identification test items, including:
– Anthropometric tests: 4 items – height, body fat, body weight, sitting height
– Biomotor tests: 8 items – strength (wall sit, push-up, back-up, sit-up), agility (side step test), flexibility (sit and reach), balance (dynamic balance test), endurance (Harvard step test)
– Skill-specific tests: 5 items – ushiro ukemi (sitting position), yoko ukemi (lying position), yoko ukemi (squatting and standing position), mae ukemi (kneeling position), jugeri/mae mawari ukemi
The overall effectiveness test results showed a validity score of 0.86 and a reliability score of 0.9.

DOI: https://doi.org/10.56984/8ZG020CC28J

Abstract Drugs that fall into the category of doping are not only a problem in the world of sports but also a problem for humans involved in the world of sports, namely athletes, especially problems for their health. Currently, the substances contained in these dangerous drugs are also found in supplements, food, and drinks. Consuming these things poses a risk to the health of these athletes. The purpose of this literature review is to provide an explanation of the dangers of the effects of drugs that fall into the category of doping in preventing diseases that can attack as a result of the use of these drugs. The research method used is a systematic review (PRISMA) and the selection of study sources used is Scopus, PubMed, and Google Scholar. The results in this systematic review found several types of doping category drugs that are most often obtained, such as (1) Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS), (2) Beta-2 Agonists, and (3) Stimulants. The conclusion of this study is that researchers hope this systematic review can be an education about the dangers or impacts that can be caused by the use of drugs or supplements that are included in the doping category.

DOI: https://doi.org/10.56984/8ZG020AUOG

Abstract
Fatigue is a critical issue for female exercisers that may lead to medical errors, degradation in performance, decreased mental acuity, and social problems. Poor sleep quality is also a contributing factor to the fatigue experienced by female exercisers. Overwork is a factor causing poor sleep quality in female exercisers. The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between workload, fatigue, and sleep quality among female exercisers in the Sleman Regency District. A cross-sectional study was conducted from December 2023 to March 2024 using a self-reported questionnaire. The questionnaire included the Workload questionnaire adapted from the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index, the Leeds Sleep Evaluation Questionnaire (LSEQ), and the Subjective Self Rating of Fatigue Assessment Scale (FAS) from the WHO Quality of Life Assessment Instrument (WHOQOL-EF) with 200 respondents in Sleman Regency. The PLS equation model was used to analyze the relationship between workload, sleep quality, fatigue, and the indicators of each instrument. The results showed that female exercisers who were over 40 years old, had children at home, had informal work, did daily exercise in the evening, and had a work schedule in the night had a higher risk of fatigue and poorer sleep quality than those below 40 years old who didn’t have children at home, had formal work, did daily exercise in the morning, and had a work schedule in the morning. A subjective self-rating test was used to measure fatigue, sleep quality, and workload. The training load and intensity of exercise programs influenced fatigue levels, which affected sleep quality. Female exercisers may face challenges balancing exercise with other commitments, such as family responsibilities, leading to overtraining and fatigue. The PLS model test showed a significant relationship between sleep quality and the level of perceived fatigue (p-value = 0.000). Workload significantly impacts sleep quality and fatigue risk in female exercisers. Therefore, managing workload is crucial to improving sleep quality and reducing fatigue risk.

Abrstract
This paper aims to succinctly summarize the existing body of literature concerning the effects of massage on sports and exercise performance, particularly focusing on motor skills, neurophysiological factors, and psychological factors. The review adheres to the PRISMA guidelines (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis) and encompasses a total of 76 articles. The findings suggest that, on the whole, massages do not exert a significant influence on motor skills, except for flexibility. Nevertheless, some studies propose that favorable changes in muscle force and muscular strength may be noticeable 48 hours after undergoing a massage. Regarding neurophysiological aspects, massages do not seem to impact factors such as clearance of blood lactate, circulation in the muscle, blood circulation, temperature in the muscle tissue, or activation of muscles. However, there is substantiated evidence supporting the idea that massages can alleviate pain and mitigate delayed-onset muscle soreness, potentially by reducing creatine kinase enzyme levels and through psychological processes. Additionally, the review underscores the psychological advantages of massage. It is documented that massage treatments lead to a reduction in feelings of depression, stress, anxiety, and perceived fatigue while simultaneously fostering enhancements in mood, relaxation, and opinion about recovery states. Massages may not have a direct impact on certain performance aspects, but they offer notable psychological benefits for sports, and exercise performance is questionable. They also play an indirect role as an important tool for promoting focus, relaxation, and recovery in athletes. Massages can aid athletes in staying mentally and physically prepared during competitions or training sessions.
