Abstract
Aim. Upper Cross Syndrome (UCS) is a major postural disorder. As time spent on social media (TSSM) is increasing yearly. Limited literature was found on the effect of TSSM on body posture. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between TSSM with muscular changes related to UCS and physical well-being among university students in Jordan. Material and Methods. Two hundred participants were recruited for this study. After signing the informed consents, Participants filled a survey and underwent standardized measures including head position measures, Manual Muscles Testing (MMT) and Muscles Length Test. Survey included multiple factors that can be related to postural changes. Results. Forty-seven percent of participants scored fair, 37.2% scored good, and only, 15.1% scored normal in MMT of deep neck flexor muscles. Also, 40.5% of participants scored fair, 44.95% scored good, and 14.6% scored normal in MMT of shoulder retractor muscles. Results revealed a significant relationship between TSSM with decreased strength of deep neck flexor muscles (p < 0.05), left scapula retractor muscles (p < 0.01), and right scapula retractor muscles (p < 0.01). Additionally, a significant relationship between TSSM with headache (p < 0.05) and low back pain (P < 0.05) was found. Conclusion. Social media should be used wisely to avoid postural impairments. Limiting time spent on social media to one hour daily can be helpful in maintaining healthy postural muscles and physical well-being.

Abstract
Aging increases the incidence of bone fractures due to the loss of bone mass especially with postmenopausal women Purpose. The aim of this systematic review is to re-evaluate the clinical trials done on the efficacy of WBV treatment of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women.
Approach. Data search and studies selection: The following databases Pub-Med, Medline, Science Direct and Google Scholar have been searched. The searches were conducted using the following key words: “Whole Body Vibration (WBV)”, “Osteoporosis,” “Post-Menopausal Woman,” “Bone Mineral Density (BMD).” Data Extraction: we extracted sample size, age, Study design, outcomes at baseline, whole body vibration details and the main findings.
Results. some studies showed that WBV increased bone mineral density, most studies showed that it hasn’t significantly increases bone mineral density in post-menopausal women.
Conclusion. we concluded that there is no consensus on the effects of WBV technique on bone mineral density.

Abstract
Purpose. The purpose of this survey was to examine students’ satisfaction about physical therapy education in 3 Jordanian universities in addition to determining their perspective on some of the issues related to the profession before and after graduation and entering the working field. Method: An online survey accessed through a hyperlink was directed to 4th year (final year) physical therapy students who are currently studying in Jordanian universities through their virtual social network groups. The link was posted on the main student’s virtual social network groups of the three universities; it also included a message asking participants to share the link with their physical therapy peers to complete the survey. Result: 85% of responders reported that being a physical therapy student has significantly influenced their life. 76% of responders reported that studying physical therapy has positively influenced their social environment. 84% of responders reported that including a fifth year for residency is more effective. Conclusion: our survey results indicate that students are generally satisfied with the quality of education they are receiving, there is some lack in equipment, and salaries are very low post graduation. Those issues addressed in this study will be the leading point for coming studies trying to investigate what are the reasons for such deficiencies and how they can be fixed.
