Abstract
Study Purpose. Poor hamstring muscle flexibility is one of the most common risk factors for hamstring injuries. This is due to tension in the musculotendinus structures which reduces the ability of the muscles to extend rapidly without injury. Therefore, this study aims to prove the effect of using PNF stretching and Static stretching exercises on the level of flexibility of the hamstring muscles in athletes.
Materials and Methods. Researchers used Quasi Experimental Design research procedures. This form of design is a development of true experimental design. After being divided into two, the sample will undergo an exercise program like usually given by the coach and after the practice session cooling down sample will be given two treatments, namely the group with treatment Static stretching And group Which other get treat the PNF Stretching exercise. The subjects of this study were Futsal athletes at SMA Negeri 4 Metro using purposive sampling so that there were 20 athletes. Furthermore, data analysis in this study was assisted using the SPSS 26 application.
Results. The results of the study obtained the results that there was a significant effect on PNF stretching on the level of muscle flexibility of futsal athletes, namely 0.000 < 0.05. The results show an increase in the degree of flexibility of the torso by 19.5%. In Static Stretching, it shows a significant increase in the level of flexibility of the muscles of Futsal athletes, namely 0.000 < 0.05 by showing an increase in the degree of flexibility of the torso by 6.7%. Furthermore, there is no significant difference between PNF stretching and static stretching in increasing the hamstring flexibility of futsal athletes.
Conclusions. The results of this study provide evidence that the PNF Stretching and Static Stretching exercises both have a significant effect on the results of hamstring muscle flexibility. That way, the results of this study can be applied in efforts to prevent injuries in sports. Researchers recommend the application of PNF Stretching and Static Stretching can be done regularly in sports coaching.

Abstract
This study aims to apply the swimming therapy method in improving gross motor skills of autistic children. Therapy basically needs to be given to build a better condition. Therapy must also be carried out routinely so that what is lacking in children can be fulfilled gradually. Data collection was carried out by observation and performance tests. In the swimming pool, therapy activities are held twice a week. Barriers experienced by children are the child’s gross motor skills that are lacking, so that the ability to balance and activities that require gross motor skills is not optimal. The reason for conducting this research is because children experience obstacles when carrying out activities that require gross motor skills, so a swimming therapy method is needed that suits the needs of autistic children. The research method used was an experiment with Single Subject Research (SSR) using an ABA design. The research findings showed that the application of the swimming therapy method had an effect on increasing gross motor skills in one of the autistic children. This increase was evident from the increase in the mean level from the baseline-1 phase (A1), which was 33%, to the intervention phase (B), which was 52.5% to the baseline-2 phase (A2) which is 81%. It is recommended to develop a swimming therapy program for improve gross motor skills can use the swimming therapy method.

Streszczenie

Study Purpose. The importance of physical fitness for every early childhood has because it has benefits and influences on full development. However, existing physical fitness instruments such as the Indonesian physical fitness test (TKJI) only focus on ages 6–19 years. This study aims to develop a test instrument and physical fitness norms for early childhood 4-6 years that are valid and reliable.
Material and Methods. The research used was Research and Development (R&D) with the Borg & Gall Development Model. This research was conducted in several steps, namely: (1) needs analysis (2) product planning, (3) developing the initial product, (4) expert validation, (5) product revision, (6) small group trials, (7) product revisions, (8) large group trials, (9) final product revisions and continued with product effectiveness testing with experiments, (10) final product results. Respondents for the small-scale product trial were 40 students from 4 kindergartens and for the large-scale trial 137 students from 12 kindergartens in the city of Cirebon.
Result. The results of this study show the development of a physical fitness instrument model for early childhood 4-6 years, with a physical fitness test battery that has been validated by experts, including; 1) Speed Test (time), 2) Agility Test (time), 3) Explosive Power Test (cm), 4) Muscle Strength Test (time), 5) Cardiovascular Test (time). The results of this study also prove the development of test instruments and norms of physical fitness for early childhood 4–6 years. It can be seen that the overall value of r count for each test item is greater than r table 0.159, so each test item is declared valid and the reliability value is 0.942, so it is declared reliable.
Conclusion. Based on the results of research and development of physical fitness test instruments for early childhood 4–6 years, it is stated that they are valid and effective and can be used for physical fitness tests for early childhood 4–6 years.
