Sažetak
Program treninga visokog intenziteta intervala brzo je postao jedan od najpopularnijih režima vježbanja zbog svoje sposobnosti da značajno utječe na tijelo i time poboljša zdravlje. Ovo eksperimentalno istraživanje usmjereno je na određivanje učinkovitosti jednomjesečnog programa treninga visokog intenziteta intervala za 10 odabranih klijenata koji su klasificirani kao prekomjerne težine i pretili. Na temelju nalaza utvrđeno je da su nakon sudjelovanja u treningu visokog intenziteta intervala tijekom jednog mjeseca, većina sudionika uspješno smanjila tjelesne mjere, vitalne znakove i indeks tjelesne mase. U smislu mjerenja opsega, obim trbuha, prsa i struka sudionika značajno je poboljšan; dok su podlaktice i noge imale manju značajnu razliku. Na temelju krvnog tlaka, uočeno je da trening visokog intenziteta intervala može pozitivno pomoći u održavanju krvnog tlaka u normalnom rasponu. Međutim, nema dokaza koji impliciraju da ovaj posebni program može regulirati. Naposljetku, na temelju prethodnih i post-test rezultata klijenata, uočeno je da program treninga visokog intenziteta intervala ima značajan učinak na poboljšanje njihovih mjerenja opsega, vitalnih znakova i indeksa tjelesne mase. Preporučuje se izvođenje slične studije za podršku ili opovrgavanje tvrdnji ove studije.

Sažetak
Ispitivanje utjecaja mješovitih i online postavki učenja na tjelesnu kondiciju i indeks tjelesne mase djece u uzorku učenika osnovne škole u Filipinima glavni je cilj ovog istraživanja. Koristi se 16-tjedni pre-test i post-test kontrolne skupine u kvazi-eksperimentalnom pristupu. Eksperimentalna skupina primala je mješovito obrazovanje, dok je kontrolna skupina isključivo pohađala online nastavu. Eksperimentalne i kontrolne skupine sastoje se od 2 razreda osnovne škole u Angelesu i Mabalacatu. Antropometrijske karakteristike uspoređene su između skupina korištenjem ANOVA-e. Pre-test i post-tretman percentili indeksa tjelesne mase i razina tjelesne aktivnosti uspoređeni su pomoću uparenog t-testa. Prvo, nije bilo značajnih varijacija u antropometrijskim karakteristikama pojedinaca između dvije skupine prije intervencije. Dodatno, mješovita skupina učenika iznadilazila je online skupinu na post-testu u pogledu tjelesne aktivnosti. Nakon intervencije, prosječni indeks tjelesne mase učenika mješovite skupine smanjio se, ali online učenici nisu pokazali poboljšanja. Konačno, u usporedbi s online skupinom, percentil indeksa tjelesne mase učenika mješovite skupine nalazi se unutar uobičajenog raspona. Istaknuta je korist mješovitog učenja na tjelesnu kondiciju učenika. Razina tjelesne aktivnosti i tjelesni sastav učenika poboljšali su se kao rezultat prijelaza s tradicionalnog na online i mješovito učenje. Radi dobrobiti učenika, preporučuje se iskoristiti prednosti strategije mješovitog učenja i, ako je ikako moguće, vratiti se potpunoj nastavi uživo.

Abstract
Purpose. The COVID-19 outbreak had led difficulties in carrying out sports events and limited research investigated the strategies in organizing sports events during COVID-19 generated a gap and novelty in this research. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the perceptions from coaches about strategies in organizing sport events at the university level.
Material and Methods. This research used a qualitative with phenomenological method. Participants involved in this study were coaches who had experience in organizing sports events, which came from the State University of Surabaya (Indonesia) (n = 5) and the University of Pecs (Hungary) (n = 5). This study used in-depth interviews with participants during 30 minutes. Data was analyzed using qualitative thematics statistical, namely copying, understanding the text and coding into three themes
Results. The results indicate that most of the coaches applied various strategies in organizing sports events, for example limiting the number of participants, implementation time, physical distancing, using masks and hand sanitizers. In addition, they argued that technology and funding were supporting factors to assist the success in organizing sports events. Apart from that, it was necessary to minimize the inhibiting factors in order to optimize the implementation.
Conclusions. Thus, this study confirms that to achieve the success in organizing sports events at the university level, it is necessary to consider the strategies and supporting factors. This research contributes to existing knowledge by providing information and scientific insight to coaches, athletes and stakeholders, to implement the appropriate strategy in organizing sports event during the COVID-19 pandemic crisis.

Abstract
Introduction. The level of fitness is fundamental in the athlete’s success in achieving optimum performance. Aim. This paper aims to know the rate of recommended dietary allowances (RDA) and the physical activity to stay fit. Material and Methods. Analytical observational analysis with the cross-sectional design was the approach used in this study. Participants in this study is women’s futsal player of 16 subjects was selected for measures of physical health, macronutrient consumption, nutritional status, nutritional awareness, and level of physical activity. Fitness levels were assessed using a Multi-stage Fitness Test (MFT), and nutritional knowledge and physical activity with the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ). Analysis of data is carried out in univariate, bivariate, and multivariate form using statistical software. Results. The findings of this analysis are that energy consumption, carbohydrates, and proteins are all under the RDA for most female futsal athletes. Nutritional status is not a significant relation with the degree of fitness. Better dietary awareness may enable us to pay more attention to safer and more healthy eating behavior. The conclusion is that the average intake of calories, carbohydrates, and proteins in most female futsal athletes is still well below the RDA. Nutritional status has no significant relationship with fitness level. Good nutritional knowledge will encourage a person to pay more attention to his eating behavior to be healthier and more balanced. Conclusions. The conclusion is that the average intake of energy, carbohydrates, and protein in most female futsal athletes is still far below the recommended Nutritional Adequacy Rate (RDA).
