摘要
引言。前庭系统是人类最重要的感觉系统之一，形态上与听觉系统相连。胎儿在大约16周的发育时开始对声音做出反应，其内耳在4周时开始发育。正确接收和处理声音决定了语言的发展和理解。听觉器官可能在胎儿发育、出生或出生后期受损。听觉器官的损伤会影响感觉系统的整合。感觉统合的训练可以成功地作为儿童听力丧失综合康复的一部分引入。
目的。本文描述了在言语和听力治疗中使用的感觉统合。包括听觉练习的示例。该疗法于2019年至2021年在波兰聋人协会的托伦和比得哥什设施中进行。
听觉器官康复。听觉器官可能在胎儿发育、出生或出生后期受损。一旦损伤被识别出来，听觉器官的康复就会开始。儿童在获得助听器或人工耳蜗植入物后，有时甚至在此之前，就会接受言语和听力治疗。在广义的康复过程中，如果需要采取复杂的行动，包括物理疗法和感觉统合，这些行动是在波兰聋人协会的托伦和比得哥什设施中进行的。
听力丧失儿童的感觉统合。对于听力丧失的儿童，除了言语、教育和心理治疗外，还进行了感觉统合、物理疗法或根据儿童需求个别选择的其他康复形式。
结论。根据感觉统合概念，与其他疗法并行进行的听觉练习可以作为儿童听力丧失复杂康复的一部分使用。

Abstract
Gross motor impairments occurring in children with autism spectrum disorders result from abnormal distribution of muscle tone and abnormalities in sensory processing, mainly in the vestibular and proprioceptive systems. The very important role of exercise therapy and sensory integration therapy in children with autism is emphasized for the improvement of the child’s functioning.

Abstract
Background. Fragile X syndrome entails characteristics dysfunctions in terms of intellectual, sensory, social, motor, and emotional development. This article presents a combinatory of two therapeutic concepts using in diagnosis and therapy: SI and NDT Bobath. Results. Generally speaking, it can be stated that neurodevelopment concentrates on evoking a proper motor reaction in response to incoming sensory information, where the sensory integration approach analyzed the sensory aspects of a motor act. Conclusion. The combination of these two techniques clarifies in a complementary manner the reasons for the deficits, suggesting that the therapeutic action of each approach supplements the other.

感觉统合法对一侧化发展的影响评估

摘要
前言。儿童动作发展的方面和要素之一为侧向化的渐进过程，也就是其体能活动的侧面优势。儿童侧向化在强度和过程发展速度上各不相同，许多活动必须在眼、手和脚的和谐合作下完成，身体同侧的器官支配即有助于此。不平稳的侧化将成为空间定向及视觉-运动协调的干扰源，学龄儿童的侧化过程失调经常成为阅读和写作受挫的原因，可能因此导致情绪障碍产生。
研究目的。进行研究的主要目的在评估情感统合法对儿童侧化发展的影响。
材料及方法。共46名7-9岁的儿童接受研究，在感觉统合治疗开始前及6个月后进行侧化进展分析，研究持续时间从2016年6月至2017年12月。6个月的感觉统合法疗程包含下列练习：多重感官刺激、手部灵活性练习、分析练习及视觉综合练习、听觉和视觉顺序练习、顺序及同时记忆练习及视觉-听力协调练习等。
结果和结论。所进行的研究分析显示感觉统合法治疗可以改善侧化的进展，我们越早帮助孩子选择优势手，就越容易尽早让他做好理解环境语言及独立构建语法正确句子的准备。
