Trening obwodowy oporowy i techniki psychologiczne a poprawa celności w łucznictwie

Streszczenie
Cel badania. Celem niniejszego badania było przeanalizowanie wpływu treningu obwodowego oporowego oraz technik psychologicznych na celność w łucznictwie na dystansach 50, 40 i 30 metrów. Badanie przeprowadzono jako eksperyment quasi-randomizowany z zastosowaniem projektu z dopasowaniem uczestników. Uczestnicy zostali podzieleni na dwie grupy: (K1) zawodnicy trenowani z wykorzystaniem wyobrażeń mentalnych oraz treningu obwodowego z użyciem sprzętu oraz (K2) zawodnicy trenowani z wykorzystaniem wyobrażeń mentalnych oraz treningu obwodowego bez sprzętu. Interwencja trwała sześć tygodni, a treningi odbywały się trzy razy w tygodniu.
Wyniki. Wyniki badania wykazały istotne statystycznie różnice między wynikami przed i po interwencji w obu grupach (K1 i K2) (p < 0.05). Wnioski sugerują, że trening obwodowy oporowy, zarówno z wykorzystaniem sprzętu, jak i bez niego, w połączeniu z treningiem wyobrażeniowym, może poprawić celność w łucznictwie. Zaleca się włączenie tej metody do programów treningowych zawodników. Przyszłe badania powinny uwzględniać integrację różnych metod treningowych z większą liczbą zróżnicowanych i dynamicznych ćwiczeń.

血流限制训练对膝骨关节炎患者影响的系统评价综述

摘要
目的:对系统评价进行综述,评估血流限制训练(BFRT)对膝骨关节炎(OA)患者疗效的总体证据确定性。
方法:系统检索确定了使用BFRT在膝骨关节炎患者中的系统评价。两位作者检索了五个电子数据库,包括Google Scholar、Cochrane Library、PubMed、PEDro和CINAHL,检索时间为2010年10月至2023年10月。纳入的综述质量通过AMSTAR工具进行分析。
结果:六项系统评价符合纳入标准,包含33项随机对照试验(RCT),总计1248名参与者。研究质量从中等到高不等,结果显示疼痛、身体功能和生活质量方面的改善有限。
结论:综述合成显示,BFRT对OA患者的某些结局可能有潜在改善。BFRT可对OA康复有益,研究结果表明需进行更高质量的综述,以探索在不同负荷下使用BFRT的效果。

摘要

研究目的. 本研究旨在探讨为期12周的循环自重训练对运动员身体素质的影响。研究采用带有对照组的实验设计,分为三个阶段。第一阶段,在实施干预前对依赖变量进行初测;第二阶段,实验参与者接受特定的循环自重训练作为实验干预;第三阶段,干预后进行后测以评估依赖变量。实验样本包括来自不同运动项目的25名运动员,分为两组:循环自重训练组包含13名样本,另12名接受传统直接教学方法训练。数据分析技术包括计算数据正态性和同质性检验,以确定数据集是否具有同质性,最终通过Mann-Whitney检验比较两个相似人群的平均值。SPSS IBM 26分析结果显示,实验组的初测数据有效样本数为25,得分为49.57 ± 2.979;对照组的初测有效样本数为25,得分为38.7 ± 6.607;对照组后测数据有效样本数为25,得分为39.43 ± 6.796。显著性值(sig. 2-tailed)为0.000 < 0.05,表明实验组和对照组之间的身体素质得分存在显著差异。此外,循环自重训练和传统训练模式之间的平均身体素质结果存在差异。

Abstract

: 本研究旨在调查在高强度重量训练48小时后摄入1500毫克、3000毫克和4500毫克剂量的蜂王浆对丙二醛(MDA)水平和用视觉模拟量表(VAS)测量的疼痛强度的影响。总共有16名参与者被随机分配到四个组:安慰剂组、1500毫克组、3000毫克组和4500毫克蜂王浆运动凝胶组。干预前后采集血样以测量MDA水平,并使用VAS评估疼痛强度。结果显示,与安慰剂组相比,4500毫克蜂王浆组的MDA水平显著降低。在疼痛强度方面,4500毫克蜂王浆组也表现出显著的降低,而1500毫克和3000毫克组没有显著变化。这些发现表明,摄入4500毫克剂量的蜂王浆运动凝胶可能对减少高强度重量训练后的氧化应激和疼痛强度有积极影响。需要进一步研究以探讨蜂王浆在增强运动诱发的肌肉损伤恢复中的潜在机制和最佳剂量。

Effect of varied biofeedback training on transverse abdominis muscle thickness in non-specific low back pain

Abstract
Aim. The dynamic stability of the low back region is governed by the core musculature, namely the transverse abdominis (TrA) and multifidus. Most rehabilitation professionals believe that selective activation training of the TrA can decrease symptoms in individuals with non-specific low back pain (NSLBP). In this study we have aimed to analyze the effects of varied biofeedback training of the transverse abdominis muscle on the muscle thickness in LBP individuals.
Materials & Methods. Thirty-four LBP individuals were randomly allotted to varied biofeedback training and core muscle exercise groups for three weeks. The transverse abdominis muscle thickness at rest and during the abdominal drawing-in maneuver (ADIM) and the TrA activation ratio were measured as outcomes using ultrasonography.
Results. Varied biofeedback training for three weeks resulted in a significant increase in the thickness (cm) of the transverse abdominis at rest (0.41 ± 0.06) and abdominal drawing-in maneuver (0.54 ± 0.05). There was no significant change in the transverse abdominis contraction ratio between the groups.
Conclusion. Varied biofeedback training of the transverse abdominis was found to be effective in improving the thickness of the transverse abdominis in the treatment of non-specific lower back pain. This above finding may have positive clinical implications in individuals with non-specific lower back pain.

Comparison of treadmill training and cycle ergometer training in claudicants – pilot study

Abstract
Background. This paper offers a direct comparison of the effectiveness of treadmill training versus cycle ergometer training in patients with intermittent claudication. Low intensity (pain-free) training was used. Functional walking ability and quality of life were also evaluated. Material and methods. Twelve men aged 50-70 years with Fontaine stage II B PAOD suffering from intermittent claudication, randomly divided into 2 groups (treadmill or cycle ergometer), participated in a 12-week training programme, exercising for 30 minutes three times a week up to 85% of the time to onset of claudication pain. The effectiveness of the training programme was assessed as the difference between the time to onset of claudication pain, functional walking ability (WIQ) and quality of life (SF-36) at baseline and after programme completion. Results. On completion of the training programme, claudication distance was increased in both groups, from min. 152% to max. 682% of the baseline value, with similar improvements in the cycle ergometer vs. treadmill training group. Self-reported functional walking ability (WIQ) and quality of life (SF-36) also improved.Conclusions. Treadmill training and cycle ergometer training improved claudication distance, subjective functional walking ability and quality of life. The effects were similar in both groups.

Assessment of aerobic capacity in elderly women and men subjected to rehabilitation training

Abstract
Good aerobic capacity is the basic factor responsible for self-sufficiency in elderly people. In this popu-lation maximum oxygen uptake (VO2max) is indicative of their aerobic capacity. The aim of the study was to compare and assess aerobic fitness in elderly males and females subjected to rehabilitation training.he 30 women aged 75 ± 5 and 30 men 79 ± 8 aged were subjected to a long-lasting reha-bilitation training whose purpose was to improve their aerobic capacity. This training lasted for minimum two years. The subjects were tested using the Astrand – Ryhming test on a cycle ergometer.In men the obtained average VO2max value [22.4 (ml/min./kg. body mass) ±1.7] was higher as compared to the corresponding value obtained in the group of females [21.4 (ml/min./kg. body mass) ± 1.9 ]. This difference was significant between groups (at the level p&lt;0.05). The VO2max values obtained from both groups of subjects were good if we consider the subjects’ age. This interpretation was based on Monark Test Report by Monark 818E Analysis Software Version 2.0.The average VO2max value obtained from both groups indicated a good level of aerobic capacity in the studied subjects. in the currently conducted research a statistically significant between gender differences in maximum oxygen uptake were noted. The values obtained from the male subjects were significantly higher than these obtained from the females.
